Policies and Procedures-
You must be 18 or older to purchase merchandise! By placing an order the Buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. We assume no responsibility for harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the responsibility of the Buyer, not the Seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. The Buyer warrants that they are in compliance with their local and state laws and are legally able to purchase these items. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you ordered was seized by customs and other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. ALL CUSTOM KNIFE REPAIR, SHARPENING, AND WARRANTY WORK IS HANDLED BY THE CUSTOM KNIFE MAKER. NORTH TO SOUTH KNIVES DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH ISSUES. IF YOU CANNOT LOCATE THEIR CONTACT INFO, WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU IN GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM. IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED A KNIFE FROM OUR SITE, PLEASE CONTACT THE MAKER DIRECTLY BEFORE HAVING ANY MODIFICATIONS DONE ON THE KNIFE, AS THIS MAY VOID THE WARRANTY FROM THE MAKER.
By purchasing a knife from North to South Knives, the Buyer accepts these terms and conditions.
We offer secure online payment via Paypal. This is the only method of payment that we accept at this time. We do not accept payments via eCheck through Paypal as they can take up to a minimum of 5 Days to clear.
Items will be shipped via USPS or FedEx, Insured with Tracking. A Tracking Number will be will be provided via email. We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to NYC at this time. International shipping is not available at this time. We ship all purchased items insured for their full value, no exceptions will be made.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may notify us within (2) days upon receipt of the knife. The merchandise must be insured and sent at the expense of the sender. Shipping charges will not be refunded either to the client or for the return. Please notify us of any returns before sending them. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise returned must be in the exact condition as received. Most custom knives are guaranteed by the makers we represent.
Typographical errors can happen. In the event that a Northtosouthknives.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Northtosouthknives.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Northtosouthknives.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your Paypal account charged. If your Paypal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Northtosouthknives.com shall issue a credit to your Paypal account in the amount of the incorrect price.
